i had never done snorkeling before and i asked would i be shown I was not. Everything appeared to be rushed. We were dropped off at Isla Mujeres, to visit the shops. Back onto the boat, dropped off again for lunch, if you dont get off the boat 1st, there is not much food left. The Golf Cart was good, we knew we had to double with another couple which was fine, but was very rushed and short with only one stop to visit more shops. Minibus was to small for the group with metal bar in the seat

Too rushed, the golf buggy was not an hour we drive for about 20 minutes in total as they drove us to a point where there were stalls and views . Stayed there for 20 minutes then drive back. The beach club was very long q for food, then struggled to get served a drink at the bar as the bar staff were only serving the staff who were getting drinks for tips. The beach club beach was small and not very pretty compared to the other side of the island which had a beautiful beach. Not as advertised

This was our second trip to Isla mejures with TUI, but the best by far. It turns out that mid week in December and adults only, was far better than July at the weekend, far less people and easier to see what the island has to offer.

Lovely catamaran trip spoiled by the journey home. Our minibus didn’t turn up so we were crammed into other buses. What should have been a 2hr journey turned into just under 4 hours due to the driver having to constantly double back along the motorway in heavy traffic to drop off at hotels which weren’t on his original route (not the drivers fault). Maybe taxis should have been called as a backup (or use a coach with toilet facilities in future) 4 hours is far too long with no toilet or water.

Boat was really well organised and very enjoyable but transfer absolutely shambolic driver late in the morning and driver on way home clueless. After saying we would be on second bus after 15 min wait called my name to get on bus. Coukd not give the order we would be dropping off. Then way back missed a hotel from and had to turn back. The whole scenario would take to long to type but I can say 3 and half hour journey home and complaint made to rep on hotel

Hop aboard a super-speedy boat headed to Cozumel Island, where the turquoise waters of the Caribbean and its marine life are waiting. Soak up the breathtaking landscapes before snorkelling at two of the most famous reefs in the southern part of the island, Palancar and Colombia. They're separated by a couple of metres of open water, so you'll have wall-to-wall reef to explore. Next stop is the shores of El Cielo – which literally means ‘the sky' in English – as it's famous for its peaceful atmosphere and giant starfish population, which you'll find covering much of the ocean floor.
